Due to popular demand, I've started working on a Features page. Note that this is ongoing and may not show everything that is current or upcoming. Also if I've missed a feature (come on, it's 4am and I'm running off old coffee and the promise of bed) please let me know.

Current Feature Set:
- Very fast. HCL tends to be faster then many other Live Help systems due to it's "slim and trim" philosophy.
- CoBrowse/Co-Forms allow you to see what the user is doing, while they are doing it.

- Remote operation, no need for multiple scripts for multiple sites
- Themeable using the Smarty template system.
- Transcripts let you monitor operator performance
- Hot Pages alert you to traffic in particular areas of your website.
- Referrer Statistics
- Visitor Statistics
- Module System allows virtually limitless expansion capabilities.

Upcoming Feature Set (3.0.0):
- Even more slim and trim. We've slimmed HCL down and pumped it up!
- New installer, much simpler installation that will tell you exactly what's going on.
- New plug-in system allows override of internal HCL functionality and also allows system to upgrade only what is needed.
- In Band Upgrades. System can be set to self upgrade when newer versions of HCL come out, automatically!
- New Module system that is even more flexible
- Current Module system enhanced to create a flexible bridge system allowing integration with nearly any other product
- New hclApp allowing not only all the core features, but even module features (if provided by module author)
